Published in 1905. Won this book through Ebay auction in May 2004 for 200 pounds. Book is from an old estate sale in USA.

Published in 1895. Acquired this book for 50 pounds. Book is in a fair condition. Looking forward to purchase the 1923 edition of the same title.

This is the centenary edition published in 2003. There is a foreword written by Jean Upton - a living relative of Florence Upton. Acquired this book on ebay for 40 pounds.
